We only offer long consultations at this clinic. You should expect the first appoint to take about one hour with subsequent appointments being about a half hour duration.

On the first visit we will sit down with you and take a history of your condition as well as do a medical screen. We will then figure out how best to proceed and whether co-management with your GP or another specialist is needed. We will work with you to set goals for treatment and management of your condition.

Treatment may consist of therapies such as: joint manipulation, muscle work such as stretching, demonstration of home exercises for rehabilitation depending on the results of functional testing.
